   Thanks for this mod, I discarded the xp changes since I feel you level up fast enough as it is, but the barter ones are very welcome!

   I'll have a look at this mod. Always felt the game was unbalanced in this. Getting a few caps for a hard quest, then getting rich from selling stuff you hoard gives no pleasure. Might as well just not pick up any loot that you are not going to use yourself.
