A tweak of the "Animated Usable Cigarettes for New Vegas." It works, but... (and others have reported this) the smoking animation doesn't seem to stop. You can basically use 1 cigarette forever. Well heck. It works and is a vast improvement over the original. The smoking script probably just needs some tweaking on this. Any ways. Thanks for the mod. Endorsed.
He apparently isn't fixing anything, but if your problem is the big exclamation mark I found the fix. You have to get the mod in the description install it and deactivate it's esp. I believe this mod uses its textures.
Almost the perfect smoking mod. I'd like to see and use the Cigarettes in the AID section. Is it possible to use it from there and then run a script to equip a cigarette in the APPAREL section?
Ok after using this mod for some reason my cig doesn't run out. The bar that's suppose to show how much time is left doesn't go down and I've been smoking the same cig for over an hour RL time.
Was about to put a comment on here for the other mod but this mod is perfect and thanks so much for fixing a lot of stuff that the other one fails on. I really hated the camera and broken character.
Oh ya any way you can make cigars smokeable also and last twice as long?
I love this mod! It goed perfectly with my harsh looking 'sheriff' character, as well as gangsters or gamblers! I'll upload some pictures of my 'sherrif', even though the smoke clips through his hat, it still looks pretty good Endorsed btw.
EDIT: The cigarette placement in the mouth seems to be a little off. It should be half a centimeter higher, now it just looks like it sticking through your bottom lip.
ANOTHER EDIT: My character was stuck in 'open lips' mode, as I like to call it, and then the placement seemed better, though it looked like he was clenching it between his teeth.
ONE MORE BUG: When smoking a cigarette, a strange, smokey, pointy thing appears above my right shoulder. It kinda looks like a ghost bullet went through my neck and stopped in mid-air after passing trough. It's not that annoying, but I was wondering if other people are experiencing this as well?
I love this mod! If my classy gangster can drink scotch, he should be able to smoke cigarettes! I only had one question, however: Is there a way that I can use a custom texture on the cartons and packs? I had one, but those only worked on base-game junk boxes, not yours.
