I've just installed the mod and moved the files to the textures file and when I go and play the game, there has been no change to the .45 pistol texture. UPDATE got it working.
That is probably why the entirety of the front and rear sights are completely black when I use the no glow-sights mod. Or are you saying the tritium sight holes are just black?
I uninstalled your textures, but the green light up iron sight dots remain. I went into the GECK and the green illuminated dots are now part of my games main texture files. what happened?
to those who dont like the black textures, edit them yourself by selecting the parts you want and then adjust the brightness/contrast accordingly. That way you can easily get the silver you so desire. It can be done in a matter of minutes by any fool.

With this textures installed Follows-chalk and Graham(in angel Cave) use pistols with black holes instead of sights.
Too dark. This dark blue tint makes no sense, especially in comparison with your textures for .45 SMG.
