I am so sorry to everyone that I haven't responded to a lot of your bug reports. I have been rather busy, but I do intend to pick this mod back up.

Firstly, D1n3r0 is correct, a bashed patch can easily correct the nude characters issue most of the time.

Second, I think part of the issue may arise due to NV getting "lazy" about going through the LL and assigning clothing.

Third, Here soon, I plan on going through the LL and quadruple check to make sure none of them have a "chance to spawn nothing" setting.

Again, I am sorry to those that have been having issues, and I will be returning to this mod ASAP.

Will this effect the faction armors? (NCR, Legion, etc.) I have all of Dragbody's overhauls and I'm wondering if it does

Heya, can you make an alt version that doesn't have the ponchos?

This mod contains no ponchos, or any other clothing for that matter. It just reorganizes the leveled lists.

Wait, so theirs a poncho in vanilla? I hate ponchos, they just annoy me as their a bit weird and frilly in games. Can you make an alt that does not add the poncho outfit to the list? And why haven't I've seen a good bit of these clothing items?

Nope, no ponchos in vanilla. You must have another mod adding them. Are you using Nivea's Spice of Life or Lexton's LexFONV Clothing I for TYPE3? Those are the only mods I know of that add ponchos to FNV.

Well then why does it show a poncho in one of the thumbnail picks? Its the one with the girl with a beret, jumpsuit, and poncho...

Theirs also another pick with a raider with spike hair wearing a white poncho, if they aren't in this mod, then why does he have them in his screenshots???

Your guess is as good as mine. Author hasn't been around in a while. Maybe it did add some outfits at some point, but there definitely aren't any in the current version.

This mod is a framework, the images show what is possible, and the text file tells you how to add things to the framework from other mods with your own plugin.

So, by default, it does nothing and I have to do all the work myself? Also, there is no text file

By default it readjusts clothing and armor in a logical way insofar as I see it.

The text file is the optional modder's guide file.

This is meant to be useful to both mod end users and big modders, an easy to use way to spread new clothing and armor throughout the game.

Causes a lot of naked NPCs for some reason. Weird since when I was using Niv's mod I didn't have the issue.

EDIT: Ignore this, didn't start a new game like I thought I did, oops

Are you talking about the one for FO3? If so, that one is currently hidden. It is crazily broken on the back end. It technically works, but likely will cause issues with saves over time.

So, does it change the clothes of basic Wastelander NPCs or not? Is this just a modders resource?

I does, but only within the game itself. This isn't just a modder's resource, it's also designed to be easy to use for a typical end user so they can seed mod added clothing through the game easily for mods that simply add it in one spot and that's it.

The moment I saw a raider in dirty suit, I fell in love with this mod! Endorsed!

Also, with Spice of Life, it gets only better.

Heh. I'm glad to have another happy user of the mod! I check here every once in a while to see if people are still enjoying it and I'm glad they are!

I would like to say that although I had more plans, obviously some things came up that prevented me from seeing those through. For now though, if you or anyone else might be interested, I'm toying with my beard maniacally while I wait for the FO4 CK to come out to see what kind of mischief I can cause with those leveled lists. Hopefully something grand.

So this doesn't do anything on its own per say. But I guess it would be easy to use this to distribute vanilla items. I really want to have a game where a character has at the least a slight chance of having almost any weapon. And also the power gangers and fiends with armor, since they give no fucks.

On it's own, no, you don't. This provides a leveled list framework to redistribute clothing and armor items. There is a guide as well that explains how to add items from other mods that wouldn't normally be distributed.

This is a necessity for immersion! Played for ten minutes and already love it. Raiders wearing bonnets what more can you ask for.

Great if you like collecting items, you see many more outfits than you'd normally see 3-5 times throughout an entire vanilla play. Definitely endorsed it should be way higher up.
