@Porkdish: You are right, it is a quest item because I did not want people losing their hair when the game decides to take away the player's gear. If you really want rid of it, try the following at the console:
player.removeitem xx000800 1
Where xx is the number of PlayableHHTribals.esp in your load order.
The tribal hair is a quest item, and while i can see how some would appreciate this given how often the game strips you to your knickers, not using it at all I'm stuck with three turds wprapped together called 'tribal hair' in my backpack.
Thanks to some excellent work by my arty friend the new version just uploaded includes optional face tattoos for female Dead Horses and Sorrows too.
Nice first step, though I noticed when I tried it out the female faces don't get tattoos like the male ones do. Except for the White-Legs, Horse and Sorrow don't.

Always loved the White Legs' hair, from the moment i saw it. Now, it's Courier Six's hair too
