Horowitz farm, run around the building and you'll find him.
This mod still runs fine in a collection of 380 mods, just tested it. He also stays at the place you order him to, yet he follows inside buildings (just tell him to wait there).
this is really lore-friendly in some manner, please make more of this like brahmin & such. also make npc can mount on them too. not asking too much just a suggestion.
A note to the author: I'm pretty sure The Yao Guai mount will only require one of the Downloadable contents for fallout new Vegas, because a Yao Guai is included in one of the fallout new vegas DLCs.
everything works except the stop following command and my ability to run when not riding I had to reinstall my game as I could no longer run when on foot even resetting the controls didn't help. I won't be using this mod again. Its a neat idea though.

NOT endorsed. i tested it and the riding is really nice done (especially with tuckered out!!)! BUT after a time i noticed - that f***ing bighorn is following you EVERYWHERE literally everywhere -.- really annoying in small interiors! not playable in my opinion. theoretically you could controll bubba with jips companion control - but you cant. you could say its really ill-bred! if that follow/wait command would be fixed it would be a musthave mod for me! mike
