Making this comment because i think this mod is sweet. However optimization leaves alot to be desired, but im guessing it would be better if i didnt have a strip open mod.
But at any rate, i went around and did a disable and markfordelete on all the particle water jets and redundant water planes and it made a noticeable performance boost so i recommend doing that if your reading this and also lag.

This mod conflicts with Michelangelos workshop within NVR. If you want to do the quest, do it before installing this

I don't have any problem, I use the order:
      NVR-NPCs.esp
      NVR-SMOTS-V2-VERSOON_10
      sierraMadrev3.0
      SMOTS-EN PATCH

I hope I can also have a version in which the casino is at ground level and not with all that stone on top as in the second image you see

    Good ending:
Sinclair befriends Mr House before he falls upon hard times, the two discuss how to survive the war and House allows Sinclair to create the sierra madre in the strip as long as much of the Big Empty unstable tech removed in secret. as House is put into a coma after the bombs partly hit las vegas a lone Frederiks hologram would guard the strip safe until his friends return.

I enjoy your mod. I know you last updated in 2012, I just have to say. You are a very talented artist. I have been scouring mod pages for visual game changing appeals. This is just what I was looking for. A completely unique design which shows just how extravagant Vegas is/was.

Fountains! It was always missing fountains and Neon!

What another great way for House to show "He always wins".

Fountains, using precious clean water to power fountains for Luxury Casinos, whilst those outside the wall fight and die thirsty for the dam.
No, you may not have water, we need it cycle our fountains!

The Casino is beautiful. An illustrious experience. My favorite part is perhaps walking up the Villa rails, overlooking the Crystal Mineral water fountains contrasted against an open Vegas.

The Cantina Madrid is perfect, I believe it was Inaccessible in the Base DLC. I had AWOP which adds a smaller version of what you have done.

You have made the Restaurant exactly how I would think a Massive Casino hosts. The Sierra Madre is supposed to be the best of the best. You gave the Sierra Madre a good name. I was underwhelmed with how Fancy Vegas was and then seeing the Sierra Madre, I mean apparently The White Gloves were more fancy than Sinclair. But this mod gives the legacy of what I expected the Sierra Madre to look from a Lore POV. Same with the entirety of Vegas. It is almost perfect.

Ahaha... Never is when you are modding a Bethesda game.

From the Lore, this was Las Vegas in the end times.  And the mod goes over the top and pushes the impossible to be  and stand luxurious as possible.

Just like REAL 1950s Vegas. I love this mod, I believe the mod contrasts very well with Luxe Aterna & NVR.

With all those together, and the Gomorrah Mobster Casino Mod & the Freeside Neons Mod. Truly make Vegas the World Star of Tourist attraction you would expect Vegas to be.

This is the most accurate creation of a real Vegas so far. Resorts, Fountains, Neon,  Big Large standing buildings each with their own unique style and design in order to stand out in a bleak, barren world that once was known as NEVADA USA.

The last best hope for humanity? I do not know. But your mod makes this a LITERAL shining jewel in the middle of the desert.

    And Thank you deeply.

I can tell a lot of time went into making this, I do not know where people find the time. But I do truly appreciate your creation. This is your mark on history. This is your art.

I love exploring unique architecture & design. With each Casino being completely unique in its own aspect, this is very immersive for myself.

I'd imagine this would break the game if used with Open Strip? Restored Strip Walls?

The Strip has always been so underwhelming to me, I'm hoping this will help fix that. I don't spend much time in the casinos but I like the feeling of the Vibrant life that the Strip is supposed to represent in the game and I'm looking to get that feeling back.

Gave this a try again on a lark to see how it holds up given the current state of affairs. For those who are still interested in possibly trying this mod in the current modding climate, a few notes:

    1) This is one of the dirtiest mods I've ever seen.  Cleaning it removes 12k+ ITM records alone. In addition, it makes a lot of unnecessary edits to various locations around the Mojave and the original Sierra Madre casino that aren't removed via cleaning, and while relatively benign, are not exactly useful.  The good news is they're easily removed manually, and won't cause too much trouble if left in.

    2) This mod *is* compatible with The Strip Open. I haven't tried it with the Simple Open Strip mod that just came out, but I imagine it is compatible with that as well.  I do not recommend it however, as the second I ended up looking at the Sierra Madre my framerate plummeted from 60 fps to 10 fps. The whole area is not optimized well.  I don't exactly have a super gaming rig, but I greatly exceed New Vegas's specs.  The issue is the engine just isn't built to render the sheer amount of things on screen at the same time.

    3) Overall, aside from the dirty edits, I was impressed by how relatively minimal the changes to the vanilla landscape were.  Assuming the lag problem could be solved and the unnecessary edits removed, this could easily be re-made to be more optimized.  However, the author has very restrictive permissions and appears to have disappeared, meaning that until someone is given permission, there is no way to release any kind of patch or update to this mod.  I could consider looking into it if such permission is given, but the GECK/CK isn't exactly my strong suit.

Overall, while this mod has amazing potential. I'd recommend avoiding it unless you don't use an open strip mod, or are able to tolerate the FPS hit.  Note that the FPS hit doesn't apply to the second casino added by the mod, the American Dream, its *just* the Sierra Madre.

I really hope that someone picks up or remakes this mod someday, it really was an amazing mod despite the broken textures, abysmal framerate and juuust stretching the credibility of what you could fit within the strip's walls.
