I have found the problem. he DID put it in the game. but he put it in a cell that is cut from the game, as in you cant get to it. with his permission, I could post an esp that puts it in game.
it would be nice if you added it to the game.. i tried doing it myself but it wont appear. shows up in geck perfectly but is no where to be found in the game
If you are using FOMM, I have a quick tutorial to get the ID: If/when you have the mod installed, go the the main screen of FOMM. Right click the mod you wish to get the ID from and open it in CREEditor. Expand the CREeditor tab and expand the tab for the thing you want to look for. Enter the ID In-Game.
Looks good, but I can't find it in the game. The code for the armor that ShyHaseo has provided doesn't seem to work for me, either (while I did use the right load order number). Anybody got the armor working?
i am sry to inform but after a request i did try to use the armor in the game but the armor not being placed is not the only problem when it is placed it does not go into the game it dousnt show and its not because it has no world texture it is for a reason i do not know so if u do really wish to use the armor go to a modder wth more experience and the time to do so

To get this armor, type in console:coc ncrprisonblockc
To get back to the game world type: coc ncrprisonblockb
Then you will be able to leave out of the room that actually is in the game with the armor.
