I just read the description of your mod, and armor suits that can be used for repairing stealth suits aren't *extremely* rare. I'm pretty sure that Recon Armor works for that, and I'm finding that they're no less common than "Combat Armor." YMMV
Triono: This mod changes global variables, so it should affect all weapons & armor in the game equally. I would imagine that would include all NPCs and companions as well, but I could be wrong. Are you having issues with companion weapons still decaying when running this mod?
(This is better for stealth characters who don't get hit much (if at all) but don't want to have to max their repair skill and blow all their caps buying new weapons just for spare parts all the time simply because Bethesda has apparently never heard of a gun cleaning kit.)
they do have something similar, its called a weapon repair kit or go to mojave outpost and get your weapons repaired rather than repairing it yourself with other weapons

The No degredation mod have been removed by the auther a while back lol.
There is no mod that comes up, When You Search No Degredation.
