12 years old mod, 12 years of description page saying exactly where it is and even providing item code to spawn via console, and reading is still impossible.
Due this mod being very very old, the only way to obtain it is inside the Abandoned Warehouse. People who found it on Vault 11 were using Project Nevada, but by now that mod is very outdated and obsolete, so yeah the Abandoned Warehouse is the preferable way to obtain it.
If you wanna use it on the Capital Wasteland with the Tale of Two Wastelands mod, the only way to get it is via console commands, using the ID that the author put in the description. If you use Mod Organizer 2, the "xx" is the mod index number that you can find in the left side windom, where your .esm and .esp files are. Find the "Vaulttecpowerarmor.esp" mod index number, and that number is the one you gonna use for the "xx".
IDK if its from the same artist, or if there were permissions, but this exact same armor is in the Frontier, labelled as "Vault-Tec Power Armor" and found in one of the new vaults...
@SharpCheddar784 Interesting! Maybe they forgot to rename it? Or maybe they wanted to directly reference the fact that the Frontier Enclave armor is originally from this mod. Also, AnOneTwo (the author of this mod) also made the Pip-Boy 2000 model, which is used in The Frontier. He doesn't appear to have directly worked on the Frontier though.
Wow, this is a quality power armor mod. Visuals look great and most of the armor clipping isn't as bad as with more bulkier armors such as T-45d and T-51b, also Remnant APA too if you count the shoulder clippings that one has.
This Vault-Tec power armor looks vastly unique, something that fits for a Courier type who has the technical and scientific background which my character has. Endorsed this mod as it brings much needed breath of fresh air in terms of power armor choice and use.

Console commands don't seem to be working either.
"It was exactly where the pic said it was."
