It's an interesting idea, but it would, as other people have (some rudely) pointed out, be hard to implement. I, personally, do not think that it should be tied to experience (that would kinda suck that if you are a high level you're ALWAYS going to look like an old man or woman). For a beta release to test this, I would suggest having a 'controller' that would change everyone's ages (yourself and everyone else in the wasteland) just so people can see the exact effects that will take place, then work out the actual design feature for the 'lore friendly' version.
I won't endorse this file, because this mod is pointless. The whole plot of the Courier would take about a week or two in the real world to complete. So aging would sound weird and quite impossible. Sorry man (or lady), but I like that the videogames I play be the more similar as the reality.

Perhaps a possible adaptation would be for the player to age over the course of in-game time. So maybe after a given amount of time in-game, his/her face would move slightly down the age slider that is seen in the character creation.
Terrible images. If you're going to post images of faces so we can see the changes, why not make them outside in decent light so we can actually see them? Come on . . .

Where did I say I wanted HD images? Nowhere, thank you very much. I said take screenshots OUTSIDE so you can actually see the faces. Maybe you can see them but right now here on Nexus, they look pretty dark and muddy to me.I really can't tell very much at all about them.
