You modders are always trying to "fix" things up without thinking first about what you actually do. No offense intended. Some of the items which you've made return options for were never actually meant to be returnable. I'm surprised that no one mentioned this before. I'm talking about return recipes for individual cigarettes and sexy sleepwear. Thing is - returning individual cigarettes is inacceptable due to hygienic reasons. I've never seen a single place on Earth where vendors would accept such returns (and i've been in quite a lot of places). Sealed packages and cartons - maybe, though not always and not everywhere, besides - I've even seen vendors who SELL individual cigarettes, but they would never take them back after they placed it in your hand, no sir. Similar statement goes for sexy sleepwear - it's obviously underwear, and underwear is not returnable. Clothing, such as pants and shirts is, I've returned some myself, but they would never accept neither my underpants nor my wife's lingerie, that's for sure. I might say that return options for dirty clothes in vanilla game are a little unrealistic too, but it is acceptable due to the game not having any mechanics for washing them. Furthermore, vending machines accept dirty clothes at half price, so like I've said, it's acceptable simplification.
The vending machines aren't vending machines, they're matter transformers/compilers; this is why Elijah is so interested in them. So the items being a bit unsanitary isn't a huge problem.
Actually if you played the game on the 360 first then you would have noticed that the cigarette packs, and cartoons were already in there for a return, but the clothing wasn't there.
