Here I am, 10 years later and downloading this again. Turns out, even with YUP and JSawyer this is still relevant. There's only one list that has a conflict. Nevermind, I'm a dumb ass. These are already in YUP as one might expect.
This is a wonderful idea, too bad not too many noticed your effort, unless the mod is related to graphical, more obvious visual relations, as I said, the players do not see it. Well done.
Some similitudes are with Oblivion, where the character would not meet a glass armor or a dwemer sword unless he/she reached a certain level, not at the level 1 anyway.
I always wonder how quickly you can put yourself a hand onto a high level weapon, way too early I may add, for example I would place a gatling-gun unavailable before level 20.

Nevermind, I'm a dumb ass. These are already in YUP as one might expect.This is nice so far. I'm a low level and I'm able to buy caravan shotgun, service rifle, and repeater.
