personally i really like the models blockyness and all of course certain parts on the guns would need to be smoothed out but that minor detail work and the right texture would make the weapons look even smoother... id really like to a pistol with this set too
The models are decent, they appear good in the renders but in-game they'll look very blocky.
A bit of advice: If you want to see your models added to any game you need to at least UV map them first. As it is someone would have to separate the mesh into smoothing groups and then uv map them before they even got to making textures.
They'd just about better off creating their own model instead.
This are nice Models, Specialy the sniper. Fits well as a high-tech energy sniper and the model is much better then the gaussrifle. new we just need to wait until some can put your work into a mod :3
@corvette3 Yes i can convert it to .NIF but i don't know how to uv map it and work with nifscope and other stuff so even if i make it a .NIF it will not show in G.E.C.K...
@bishoptheblue Well it should be a gauss/energy/plasma rifle with a slower firerate or a semiautomatic... For it to be a sniper i think it needs a bigger scope and a longer barrel...and maybe less back details so it will be light weighted. Could also be something like the gauss rifle... But i guess its up to the one that imports it into G.E.C.K to decide that. I just don't really see it firing normal bullets..would look kinda odd. Oh and thanks How's the sniper? Cheers
i love the design but if you dont mind me asking, what kinda of gun was it intended to be? it looks like it could be an assault rifle or a sniper or hell even a high powered rail gun lol. also what ammo type bullets or energy ? just curious lol im not a modder really
