   @Masterrick funny that you would say that, when this file was uploaded on the 30th of March last year. So not trying to be rude here but get your facts straight please. But yeah this is probably dead.

      I actually messaged him about doing a readius for Fallout 4 today. It said he was last active today, so at the very least, he's on the Nexus forums

   This may be dead because AlexScorpion leaved the modding comunitty 3 years ago. This is the evidence:http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?showtopic=126743&st=0&p=1071112&#entry1071112 the post where AlexScorpion said that he leaved the Nexus Comunity. Sorry for the people who waited for this.

   Believe it or not, it is comments like that which make great modders give up and then a lot of people miss out on their awesome work, maybe you should appologise or something, the Nexus family of sites where made to display peoples creativity, not so people can insult the work of others....
