Installation: Just drop it in your Fallout New Vegas folder and either check it off in the Data Files or using FOMM.
This mod gives Keely the Intelligence and DT boosting implants, along with an Enclave scientist outfit, a laser rifle, and 40 microfusion cells.
I did this because Keely survived my first six playthroughs or so, but the last three, (probably due to the increased spawns I'm using) she has been dead each time. She should have a fighting chance now, unless she gets mobbed or something.
Edit: Added a picture of Keely in North Vegas square after using player.placeleveledactoratme 000E8F6C. For those who want to know what HUD mod I'm using, it is Primary Needs HUD, which can be found at http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38538.
As with my other mods, if you want to use it, change it, repost it, that is fine, just credit me as the original author.
