Looking at the texture files, you have not included the 1950's body texture. Only the 1950's clock face texture and the mantle clock textures are in the file.
Yeah. The 1950s clock didnt work (properly) for me and I PMed lordinquisitor with a screenshot. Then I checked the 'textures' file and It seems there should be a clockbody02 and clockbody02_n that arent there.
I used these beautiful clocks in this mod here http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55086/? , thank you so much for making them - I really like the adamantine one, it's gorgeous!

Ha! Awesome! i like it. My grandparents had a clock like the adamantine one. I wish I were a modder to put this to use, but oh well. Keep up the good work.
