Try adding audio tracks from The Red Army Choir or similar. You could add Kalinka, The Cossacks, Bella Ciao, Cossack's song, On the road and so on. There are a lot of soviet/russian classics that would be awesome.
Great idea I was thinking of making this myself for my Russian character. I might edit a bit for my own personal tastes eg taking out Brezhnev as I feel Fallout is based around 1940s-50s style music so Stalin and Khrushchev would be more likely as Brezhnev came in the 1960s during The Beatles era when all the music changed.

i tend to listen to this more , mainly because the music is easier to listen to , that is to say i'm more used to this kind of music than chinese music . Also , the speeches are great . Anyway , thanks again for your wonderful work .
