Great mod! The instant I went back to the Mohave, I wished that I hadn't left the Madre. Now I can go back.
Also, I think I found a better way to fix the unkillable ghosts. Instead of adding the ghost hunter perk, there's a line in the ghost people's scripts that checks if the ending slides have been shown. Remove that and things work like normal. I haven't tested it a lot, but it works fine and I can't foresee any bugs. (and yes, I made sure I removed the ghost hunter perk before testing)
nice mod, thanks alot. Forgot bunch of stuff in Sierra Madre, so finally can go back. Looking forward for the re-opening of the vault. Want to kill him finally. And for sure want the companions
One small thing: Had problems with my companions, when i brought them with me. They didn´t want to go to to Salida del Sol North from South. Had to go back and forth several times until they where inside.

works awesome, can't understand why they didn't allow u to go back and forth after completing.
