I was using this years ago and had the memory issues that a lot if people have. I finally found a solution. I ran this through Fallout4 Texture Compressor and reduced the textures to 1k. I lost a little of the definition and fine details, but now my memory stays about the same when I get around a lot of the food. I also did a 512k texture revision and it didn't affect my RAM usage at all. Was not too bad in 512k but I like the 1k better. Getting a bit of a hit, around 200mb more usage in my house with all the food displayed. I can deal with that kind of uptick in my RAM. I also removed the addiction script with FNVEdit so YUP could work correctly.
I only played a few hours, but seems to have stopped the memory leak and overload crashes.
I'm going to work on the hunger stats for hardcore, but that might be a bit more complicated than the stuff I did already. If I get a fix worked out I will post some kind of patch or fix here after I try to get hold of Clint. I can also post it offsite if I can't get hold of Clint.

Just got hold of Clint. I am going to officially be updating this mod. I will be postng the optimized and resized textures as soon as I get one more day of testing done. I have completely fixed the memory issues, so I'll put up the new textures in 1024x1024 and 512x512 so people will have options depending on their PC. I personally run a potato now. My fixes should work for everyone regardless of hardware or running an old computer.

Update- New downscaled and optimized textures are up. I was going to go all the way down to 512k, but it didn't make much difference in terms of FPS. At 1024 you can still see all the details and get a huge stability increase.
Another Update- I will post the 512k textures in the next day or so. I just started FO4 again and noticed Clint has the textures there set at 1024 with the same compression I used here. I will put up the 512k because, well PotAtO, Pomato, Taters with ketchup already in them??!!! Or is it ketchup with taters already in them???!!!
I'm on the road to recovery. Hope the new textures fix the crashes and FPS issues for everyone. I am on a potato setup and it works fine for me. Got about 20 more FPS with the new textures. I stacked up all the items and then did about 20 mins. of testing in some of the most resource heavy areas of the game. I couldn't believe how much difference it made after I optimized it.

I'm only just coming back after having been playing FO4 for the last 5 years. I've been using a similar mod in 4 since near the start, and I realize you must be the same author, because the textures are the same, haha.
Simple yet effective and immersive. I love it. Got to be one of my favourite mods. This, the tactical corset and the Function Game Ending Mod. Cheers mate!
not sure why this hasnt got more attention it was one of my first mods years ago back when i was 16-17 like 6 years ago i love it i always hated how there were barley any food items also the more drugs mod is great it adds nuka cola brands and new sasperila and what not with drugs
