   Patch 1.3.0.452 claims to have fixed this:
   
   "Plasma Defenders are now distributed to non-player characters with the correct ammunition (energy cells instead of microfusion cells)."

   Just pointing. It might be useful to make a "Van Graff vendor list only" version of this.

   Plasma Defender is one of my favorite guns, and thank you, because I no longer have to run around like an idiot just to find it
