   I hand paint each one using brushes in photoshop,
   
   Gimp does the job just as well, its all about giving the correct surface the correct texture.
   Im making a tomb set for new vegas and oblivion, and getting a stone texture right takes time >.<

   Once Dead Money is out, we could use the same system it uses with the vending machine, mods like Book of Earache or Reload could make great use of this.

   they could be all around the mojave and you could buy ammo when you need.
