I was never satisfied just killing benny, and I certainly wouldn't give him the luxury of sleeping with my curior before slitting his throat. I loved to make him flee to the fort, go there, and in a terrifying display of power show him just who he fucked with by killing every legion f*#@ in that damn fort Ceaser himself included before walking up to him and exausting all his conversation options before finally taking his own gun Maria and using IT to kill him.

I know I'm way late, but just in case - It's essentially an alternate ammo. Just switch to it like you would some armor piercing rounds. (Assuming you've crafted it already. You can't use the bullet straight off the table, you need a workbench to repair it.)
Yeah I would hope it could be fired from more than just a 9mil, considering you have so many better guns available before you make it to benny to shoot him with. I'd enjoy blowing his head off with a .44 or something. Plus if you make it on a non-holdout weapon, it'll add a little to the story, for obvious reasons.
I'm surprised something like this wasn't an option in New Vegas. Seems exactly like what the Courier might do- fits in with the overall western theme of New Vegas.
Awesome idea! So will this bullet kill him in one shot? Would be a bit anticlimactic to fire this bullet into his head, only to have it take like 10% of his health.
