      Are you a modder? I'd definitely hop onto this project and maybe fund it if someone were to start it up again. Or just make a new one?

   But it seems dead now
   Sucks i would of loved to play as my own guild finally
   this is what i been waiting and dying to play with
   but the bugs....are sooo killing it
   Needs an update and to start up again

   Okay, The Mod has Potential, you just need to get back to work on it and start cleaning up the existing content, then start on the new features you mentioned.

   has this mod make new vegas inpossible to play and i have 100 percent proof that its this file. this has royalely screwed me.

    Of course it's crashing. This mod was last updated over 4 months ago. In that time, CFW has been updated many times. As has FNV itself. This looks like an abandoned mod.
