I can see the difference. This is my first time using this and am having some issues as configured using setup outlined in Modding Tutorials. Things are too dark with reddish blur at default. I will play with it a little longer and go back over instructions. For the time being I have turned on Custom Lighting II.esp to brighten things up.
I love this! This mod adds class and better visuals to Fallout New Vegas. It works wonders paired with Enhanced Shaders and Nevada Skies. I love the idea of film grain in video games. The film grain effect adds that analog warmth and softness, thus making a "cold" video game image appear more natural.

This mod is a must for people take pictures and record videos with New Vegas, works great with Imaginator and Dynavision!
