I like this file. Some of my favorite items from my Fallout 3 DLC return.
The Fallout 3 mod that you spoke of is available on another site, but it's a site that no one really likes, and I'm not going to sign up there. I do not think I'll be using that one any time soon.
I'd rather see yours tweaked a bit to be compatible with some of the other mods on the Nexus.

The mod does what it's supposed to, though there are a few tweaks that might bear looking in to.
All the combat shotguns are geared for 20 gauge, though 12 gauge would be more appropriate for a dedicated weapon.
The Hellfire Armor seems to be missing gloves (at least the female version is).
There appear to be some overwrites like the Alien Blaster, Double Barrel Shotgun, and 44 magnun, maybe some others.... Really minor stuff for the most part, like the fire rate changing by 0.000250 or something, but some have it overriding to 0. A few of those entries also have modified values for Object Bounds. Some entries in the Static category and Texture Sets also contain edits to vanilla assets. It's hard to determine if they're deliberate or not, as some just change the literal name of the entry.
Thanks for all the time and energy that went into this mod. Reading the history helps appreciate all the hours that have been put into it by so many people.
Ended up not being able to use it (I can't move the Fallout 3 files without messing something up), but I'm still endorsing it, because it's a great mod either way.
