as of right now, I'm taking an extended break from the game, I just went through a very difficult and personal loss, and it will be awhile before I have the focus or desire to mess with this. if someone wan't to pick it up, just let me know please.
I was considering making a quite similar mod myself. Walking into Mccarren the first time, I about thought joining the Legion might be better. If they can't even bother to pick up trash in their kitchen how could they manage the people of the Mojave?
