   Has anyone figured out the "Missing fallout3.esm" problem with this download? I tried putting a dummy fallout 3 esm in place and it just royally goofed up my game.

   Does anyone else from myself see the "Fallout3.esm missing" error on the mod manager?

      I had the same problem. For some reason I just downloaded the upgrade to 3.1 instead of the 3.1 itself. Install 3.1 w/ NMM or other mod manager. Then go to /Data/ and you should have two speedy's .esms. Delete the one with the space (ie 'speedy's resources.esm') and keep the one w/o the space. You should be good to go then.

    Heard people have this issue with resource packs, so I thought to ask: This doesn't screw with SuperMutant voices by accident, does it? I can't get Lilly or Marcus to speak.
