Rats. I've played successfully before, but this time I chose to be a member of the Brotherhood of Steel. I happened to visit the Doc (Mole-Butt Mitchell) and he tried to start the Aint that A Kick in the Head quest. He started his dialogue, things got fuzzy and that was it. I was unable to move anymore. I even tried the console command "EnablePlayerControls" to no avail. I like this mod. It usually works for me. This time I can't go inside the Doc's place without the problem, so I can't pick up any weapons from mods that place them there and I can't get supplies for the fight with the Powder Gangers. Pity. I'm staying "Brother Kit" for this playthru and keeping this mod. Just thought I'd let the mod author and the world know what happened to me. Still loved and endorsed.
I have the same problem with the friend choice. i want ed to try each the others work fine except for the fiend. personally i would remove it, unless you have a way of adding a friend faction to the game. otherwise their isn't a good starting place for a fiend without dropping your pc in the middle of a fire fight from the start
