The conclusion I've reached is Millenia most likely forgot about that mod or was thinking of the default Marksman Carbine which had its mods cut from the game. Just trying to help.

you should change only one thing the clip, it should be the extended mag clip not the vanilla one because its kinda weird how its has thirty shots in a small clip.

I use all your other retextures, but not this one. Its way too dark in-game and i never really liked the thought of the assault carbine to start with (dont feel falloutish enough to me, maby with a wooden front grip or something)

The GRA version has 3 mods:
- Assault carbine extended magazines - Increases ammunition capacity by 6.
- Assault carbine forged receiver - Increases condition by 33%.
- Assault carbine light bolt - Increases rate of fire by 20%.
