Yukichigai, if you're still around these parts, would you mind if I used your mod as a tool to figure out how to create a fatigue version of my Iron Fist mod?
I've had this mod downloaded since, well, probably a week or so since I first started playing, I remember it was one of my first mods for the game.
It's pretty standard to open up other people's scripts and learn from them. You can credit him in your mod as well for writing this one that you learnt from. Unless you are just stealing the script, which occupies a grey area that becomes more a breach of ettiquette the longer the script is. Very short scripts are just a couple of standard commands that are included in the game engine, whereas very long scripts can really constitute 'art', in the way that making a new 3D model does.
That's just my take, so you may want to ask around before publishing your mod, but I can at least assure you that it is normal to download and open up someone else's script for learning purposes.
No it is not. All indications were that it was not meant to be, so I have not added in any sort of DT/DR calculation. However, blocking a melee attack will reduce the amount of Fatigue damage dealt.
u should just set the bean bags to have a chance to apply a knock down effect in addition to the fatigue damage. have the chance depend on endurance and/or DT. it'd help cancel that "first shot is nerfed-fatigue dmg" effect. makes things fun =)

@Bob the Barker: I think its intent is so you can neutralize targets without having a one-shot kill weapon. Most NPCs have fatigue ratings around 250: NCR Troopers and low-level Legion members are at 200, NCR Rangers and Veteran Legionaries around 270. It's only when you get up to the NCR Veteran Rangers and fully suited Brotherhood Paladins that they break 300 by any significant amount, and still under 500 (i.e. two-shot range)
The ABSOLUTE HIGHEST fatigue rating I've found so far is, unsurprisingly, Legate Lanius, who has a rating of 760.

Also if I were to use the Stomp or Uppercut unarmed special moves would the fatigue damage be increased accordingly?

Apparently I forgot the Cattle Prod. Sometimes I'm an idiot, y'know?
Do not worry. For most part, you are a genius
