NEW UPDATE IS UP AND NOW REQUIRES THE ACTIVE WASTELAND MOD FROM THIS SITE!

New filed added to change Arcade Gannon into the Green Fairy from the Mushroom Garden. Uses Arcade's voice, and still functions exactly like Arcade. i just figured it would be fitting to make the only gay person (I've found) in the game a "fairy" lmao

Also the key for the Mushroom cellar had to be moved to the right side of the doorway into the Bar (if people can't find it I'll upload a picture, but it had to get moved as the grinding wheel kept knocking SH all over the place.) It's on top of the magazine (True Police Stories: Hoofprints of a God-fearing Junkie Edition), on top of the ammobox by reloading bench.

We were somewhere around Goodsprings, on the edge of the desert, when the drugs began to take hold.

MERCHANT RAOUL DUKE AND DOCTOR GONZO ARE NOW INCLUDED AND FUNCTIONAL!
(Just don't target them in VATS, for some reason it crashes the game and I'm not sure what I've done wrong yet, they have nothing special on them anyway)

Raoul Duke and Gonzo somehow survived long enough to see the Great War, and then become ghouls afterwards. They wander the wastes drunk and stoned for years until deciding to come back to Vegas, where they set up shop.

My reimagining of Hunter's Farm. I walked into that place and instantly thought Hunter S. Thompson. Granted that was solely inspired by the name. Anyway .... it uses Hunter's Farm Map Marker and is completely fast travel friendly. So far anyway ;)

This began as something very simple to occupy a little bit of time and quickly grew into something I couldn't control. To date it has consumed 3 days of my life.

My modding knowledge, while growing daily, is limited for now.

New Update Jan 10th

- Coffee Maker, Clock, Microscope, and Grinding Wheel all Active Wasteland style (Going to try and figure out how to make it CHEMS friendly as well)
- New kitchen floor, tweaked bar
- Custom workbench and reloading bench with itemized storage
- Custom Rocket Bed and sword cabinet in bedroom
- Added a gecko tannery / poison refinery of sorts outside if you don't like getting your kitchen dirty.
- Dropped a chainsaw into the workshop (vanilla texture) as well as a couple custom weapons. (I always loved the 12.7 mm pistol model but hated it's useless-ness. And I always wanted that scoped lever action rifle but was never willing to reverse pick-pocket the guy. So I made a new one in the GECK)
- Made a new magazine type (Police Stories: Hoofprints of a God-fearing Junkie Edition) and a new drink type (Sweaty Devil's Mystical Ale) for sale in the compound
- Added a "Crow's Nest" of sorts (since there's already a sniper tower) on top of the radio tower with an imaginary zipline escape route down to the underpass, to a trailer filled with mattresses. TRUST that the zipline is there ;)

That's it for now. Have a course this week so I doubt I'll have much time to work on things until I finish it.

UPDATED JAN 4th: (just noticed this said FEB. oops)

*renno-ed the bar/kitchen area slightly and the mushroom garden
*added 4 NPC's total including Duke and Gonzo as vendors
*custom built a couple barrel sinks out of static items. One is in the kitchen, the other in the mushroom garden.
*made a reflux still out of static pieces. No brewing yet :( It's found in the chem lab.


TO DO:

* Add in a quest line where you follow the trail of destroyed hotel rooms from the Strip for the casinos there in order to extract payment from Duke and Gonzo

* Possibly turning the Green Fairy into a player companion.

- install Active Wasteland (Skip if using old version)
- put the ESP in the DATA folder, if updating then overwrite.
(Make sure to grab the things you want to keep out of any containers, as I'm sure the WILL NOT be carried over..... I'm not that good yet)
