go to the entrance of the vault, then try to open the vault gear door, don't worry about the huge explosion that is a good thing, the door should be unlocked.
Love the Vault's Eeriness. the flashing lights and all. Didn't really expect an alpha male in the next room but so far the weapon is good, the textures are good and the fact that there is a voice before you get out of the portal kinda creeped me
Just finished it's quest, and chose the model IV w/ 200 clips.......aaaaaaand it became the most game breaking weapon in my arsenal of weapons. with over 224 dmg and 1k DPS, i basically steamroll the whole wasteland now. and lovin' it! in Fallout 2 this pistol carried me til Frank Horriganl so it's so nostalgic for me.
I don't always comment on mods, but when I do, it's because the author did a bloody proper outstanding job. Thank you so much for reincarnating this encounter! Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to figure out how to get rid of this raging nostalgic mod boner...
I'm one of those who don't get a map marker either but was able to find the place anyway. Once you're within line of sight of it; it's hard to miss. Great little mod. Unless I missed something, it's a tad short but very well made and thought out. Thanks for it.

Very well done on the lore friendliness, and the zaniness factor- Definitely a bit of wild wasteland having the Guardian Of Forever there!
As a note this also scratches the Vault Suit collecting itch as it has the Vault 13 armours within.
