I got it working! I can now get rid of over a half-dozen gameplay mods, thanks. I hope you can add a stimpak use and effects menu.
Still testing this out, but I thoroughly endorse the entire concept. The ability to cut down on extra .esp and .esm files to alter many of these same gameplay aspects helps keep the game crash and error free.
