Just FYI this does work with voice change of eddie to 'danger will robinson' I'm about to test it with the doesn't trip mines mod. I already gave it an endorsement.
My alibi is that ED-E was falling apart, so just moved his essentials into a Mister Gutsy model...including his recordings.
With help from the followers, ED-E is back and better than ever.
Besides, when you find him in Primm, the repairs youve done arent permanent, ED-E in his ram-shack Eyebot casing would fall apart in time. It was held together with a car plate!
I kinda miss RL-3, so this is a good switch, although I like the Eyebot because ED-E is based on EDI from the movie stealth, one of my all time favorites.

It took me a while to get NVSE to work (and thus Robco Certified), so this was a great stand-in.
