Doesn't work at all. Put the mod in. Karma still at -1000. Ghouls and Fiends give me 0 good karma, even know i uninstalled YUP. Cass still leaves. Broken mod.
Super old reply but if anyone else is having this problem use console commands to set your karma to exactly zero. After that, this mod will make sure your karma does not move from that value. It will stay zero no matter what. Works with Cass, I tried
Hey, it works like a charm, but it does only limit the option for the level 50 karma-based perk to the neutral karma one. Even after I disabled the mod it wouldn't let me choose either of the other ones after I ran around accumulating bad or good karma. Is there a work around? I do use a mod that raises the level cap to 99 and a perk every level.
I guess you could use the console and add the karma perk you want that way.
Frankly the idea was to keep the karma neutral that way so the perk would be the neutral one.
As to disabling mods, I'm afraid that most of the time your save game is still modified even if you disable the mod afterwards. If you want a safe clean save you should keep a backup before even enabling a mod.
That was my first thought. I tried reading a large number of karma to reset it back to 0 at least and get it out of such a low negative, and all it managed to do was add more negative karma. Small numbers didn't even change the karma set in any direction. I eventually decided to start over. Now that my Karma is normal, your mod works just fine. C:
Then I'm not quite sure. I know that the stuff actually belongs to the NCR, but as for who it's scripted to belong to, I suppose it belongs to the Powder Gangers. Unless it DOES belong to the NCR and the Powder Gangers are just carrying out the generic response to anyone stealing that they've been scripted to do. This would explain the attacks if seen stealing, and the drop in Karma if you take something?
Actually, it belongs to the Powder Gangers since they will attack you if you steal from them. Otherwise, if it was labeled as NCR items than they wouldn't care.
Well, Dalionheart, I didn't expect such extremes values when I've made this little mod so you'd have to edit the karma score again. I suspect that something went off when you used the console that first time. Have you tried using the console a second time to "fix" this value?

I downloaded a karma editing mod and nothing changed, then your mod. Any ideas that don't involve starting over
Aside from starting over you could try using the console but it may lead to further issues down the line.
Bottom line if you switch between mods in the middle of a playthrough you can expect issues especially if you don't revert to a clean save.

This mod won't change your status with any given faction, it only sets your karma to neutral values.
Try using Immersive Karma with my mod:

That should solve your problem.
