Can you also make laser/gauss weapons better at armor penetration, like -10 DT, with OC/MC having more Because stuff slung at the speed of light would most likely penetrate ceramic, steel or metal
Plasma weapons should have lower armor penetration, but still some because plasma launched at high speeds would probably penetrate armor aswell
I have mods like J.Sawyer, Project Nevada, EVE.. you name it... I was wondering if this will work together. And it´s working (more or less). I put it behind all this mods in load- order. Run FNV Editor...you know the drill Stats of energy weapons stayed the same in game, but energy ammo have this new penetration now! So energy weapons are now stronger (because of its "new" ammo) but not overpowered! That was exactly my goal.Only one drawback : ED-E is now killer beast...
This mod should not conflict with Classic Fallout Weapons, since it simply edits vanilla weapons while CFW only adds new weapons. The DT bonuses should remain, though damage/price increases will not. Just makes sure Energy Overhaul loads after CFWNV. As for greixs I honestly don't know why your NV would crash, it might be because you have multiple mods that modify the vanilla energy weapons.
