What this mod does is set energy weapons back to the standards of FO1 and FO2. It makes energy weapons all do more damage and pierce more armor but have more expensive ammo and guns (While the pistols were higher priced the high level energy weapons were cheaper than their normal alternatives). After all, energy weapons were supposed to be more advanced weaponry, so why would normal weapons somehow do more damage AND have better armor penetration AND cost more? FO-NV made energy weapons inferior to normal guns in every way, and this mod rectifies the situation.
Specifics:
-Damage- All Energy Weapons except for the Gauss/Unique Gauss: +30% DMG Gauss Rifle: +15% DMG Unique Gauss Rifle: +30% DMG
-Armor Penetration- Electron Charge Pack/Over-Charge/Max-Charge: +5 DP Armor Penetration Small Energy Cell/Over-Charge/Max-Charge: +8 DP Armor Penetration MF Cell/Over-Charge/Max-Charge: +15 DP Armor Penetration
-Cost- Plasma Pistol: 200C to 800C Laser RCW: 2150C to 4500C Two-Handed/Heavy Energy Weapons: 100% Price Boost All Other Energy Weapons: 20% Price Boost All Energy Ammo except MF Max Charge: +2 Cap per bullet
