I have tried this mod and to me it doesnt seem to work.
I am talking about the optional tagged_skills_hardcore.esp (and friends). Basically it removes the tag skill bonus (fAVDTagSkillBonus = 0) which is fine, and introduce a new global iSkillPointsTagSkillMult as well BUT the actual script which should do something with this global variable is simply missing. The multiplier is unused and the the tag skill still provide only one point per SP spent.
No endorsements here :(
EDIT: I even downloaded 'After Nevada War' hoping it includes the script, but it doesnt. the same multiplier is there but unreferenced there as well.
Thanks! This is exactly what I was looking for. All my character feels the same by the endgame and I'm looking forward to the ability to create unique builds.
How I can turn on Hardcore more? When I install it by NMM it give me by default +36 skill points. I have 9 int so I should get just +9 skills. Can someone help me I have 1st day this NMM and I'm totaly green about how to use these mods in game.
Hey man, for some reason the tag optional mod doesn't work. I tried tagging skills just now in character creation, but for some reason it still adds a flat 15 to tagged skill. Or perhaps the tag mod only works on Tag! perk?
To put into perspective, I installed the mod using Mod Organizer. I also have JSawyer Ultimate and Unofficial Patch Plus installed, perhaps this all affect the script or something? Thanks.
Ah, perfect! I needed a mod that would remove the skill point gain when you level up and this looks like I can edit it to do just that. (I use the Xtra Special Skill Training mod and gainint skill points per level in addition to that mod is just OP) I wanted an experience where you actually have to train your skills. Thanks for your contribution to my gameplay!
This is awesome. I dicked around in the GECK to get this to work simply with Settings changes, but it did not work and then I find your mod and you are awesome. Thanks for this.
