If you added this after meeting the Boomers, just go up to the Boomer Guards, then bring up console, select them with your mouse and then type: 'resetinventory'. Should add their inventories back. Also do the same for Raquel if she hasn't changed too. Though they will not drop the Armor. If you have trouble getting the armor, see below.
If you aren't having any luck getting the armor from the vendor due to a late install you can place it into your inventory using this: Player.additem xx001c20 1 (T57c Power Armor) Player.additem xx001c21 1 (T57c Power Armor Helmet)
The xx should be replaced with the load order number of Boomers - T57c PA.esp
Don't know if creator still active or not, anyways, "big" issue here. Didn't know it was added in Project Nevada (mb) but know when i remove this mod Raquel is naked, and can't be altered by other mods (Drag's Boomers Overhaul). Idk how you did the armor change but it's not changing back. While trying to figure out how to solve this I'm gonna leave a comment here to let people know (and maybe autor if he shows up) and maybe get a reply with a solution Edit: Solved, just loaded a save before meeting the boomers and Raquel is no more naked.
Got the key and was promptly murdered by Boomers who were supposed to idolize me. I mean, when I used the key they murdered me. Is that supposed to happen? if so, why bother with the key?
