I always use your mod in my playthroughs - thankyou for uploading it! I'm making some ownership changes to the items in Doc Mitchell's house; the burnt books, hotplates, cigarette cartons and anything else which is either a personal belonging or virtually useless, now belongs to the "Goodsprings Faction" which should prevent the Doc's vendor/inventory from crowding up with miscellaneous stuff. Just thought I'd mention this for anyone who may be interested. The changes are easy to make in FNVEdit.
Edit: I am also going to make a script that removes the ownership of Ringo's duffle bag when he leaves the gas station and/or dies. That way I can loot it without losing karma.
Yes, much needed. I am the kind of guy that will loot the house of the man who just gave me free, life-saving medical care if I think I can get away with it.
