Latest patch log says "Extensive optimizations in McCarran" (1.4.0.525). Could anyone tell whether that covers any part of this fix? Should I still use this one after the last patch?
"Extensive Optimizations in Mccarran" currently means that I'm unable to enter the right side of the terminal building (Facing it from the front side) without CTD's. Seeing how this doesn't fix it, I'd say you're crying in the lack of rain.
There's a change I made in YUP which I think may sort this. If you're around in the next few days I should have a new version I would very much like you to test. It may fix your CTD issue.
I'm having a similar issue. Just about any cell in Camp McCarran CTDs for me as soon as I enter it, especially in and around the terminal building. Had to try six or seven times to squeak the Vault 22 quest through between crashes.

@bivar: I'm beginning to think I need to make a compilation mod. Certainly I'm working towards merging everything into regional-based fixes like this one, so you'll have 10 of my esps to load versus 100.
