This is a tribal version of the T51b power helmet. It was based off of a picture taken from fallout 2 (I think) The helmet is not set as power armor (all the power stuff is obviously not working so there is not much "power" to it)
How to get it: It can be found at GoodSprings store next to the saloon once inside it's in front of the cash register.
And I Quote: "Anyone is free to use this in there mod as long as credit is given to SpeedyB AND SplitSoul. You do NOT need to ask for permission." I sent them emails asking for permission for the mod anyway to make sure.
I goukieny in no way shape or form made these textures or meshes I only ported them both to new vegas since it was a tribal armor for the west anyway. Please give all credit to those two for making a wonderful helmet.
