Two Mods that increase preformance people. It will make ven the crappiest comp be capable of at least high quality graphics when they are combined. I had to use medium setting when using alot of mods before, now im on ultra. It makes using awsome mods liek this fully acheivable.

I encountered some similar problems at WarZones due to the large mass of NPCs and lot of action, explosions etc. Have you tried to limit the Option ActorFade in the game launcher? I set it to 6 now and everything runs smooth, it shows quite some FPS improvements, for me at least. I believe it is the same explanation here too. I had not tried this mod yet, I will in the near future.
