Adds two items into game. In Lucky38 chest named "Caps transmutator" & Inventory item "Caps transmutator mobile". Upon activating these (one by opening, other from inventory) You have access to merchant which have 32k caps each time You initiate trade. ("Caps transmutator" will give You 70% value, mobile version 50% value)
Known bugs: After selling items inventory in pipboy isn't updated. You have to close/open pipboy... (will try to solve it when I have more time, this is just toy anyway :P)
Instalation: put esp into data folder & enable it in loader.
