This works the same way. It's not actually a script, but what's called an Object Effect. I simply added a CarryWeight value to the Object Effect matching the weight of the armor that the effect goes to. If a mod adds its own Object Effect for its armor, this mod won't affect it.
Will this mod work with power armors added by other mods?
There was a FO3 mod that did this by adding increased carry to the script governing wearing power armor, rather than to each individual power armor item.
