I am for some reason missing the weapons mod expansion.esm. I try and reinstall all the WME mods but I never get the missing .esm. I run the whole thing though FNedit and it tells me the same thing. Is there a fix for this?

I would like to second this. Tried above and nothing.

It can sometimes happen like this: the main WME mod is installed using a mod manager, then one of its patches is installed and when asked if it is an "upgrade" for WME a "Yes" is selected instead of the needed "No". So permitting the "upgrade" causes all of WME to be removed and only the patch left in its place. With WME now absent, the .esm error occurs when trying to run the game or use FNVEdit.

If that is what happened to you, then uninstall the patch(es), re-install WME, then install patches *declining* any/all upgrades - very carefully read messages presented when installing and respond appropriately.

Just install the mod and than manually download the update WME - 1101a, becouse it contains the esm file. drop it in the fallout nv data folder and active it in mod manager.
