So this is the mod that causes it, i had that bug myself untill I did a clean wipe of all mods. I'm very sorry to hear that.
I have absolutely no idea what could be causing it unfortuantely, I am actually playing the game again and slowly getting back into modding when time permits, but as I said, I don't know what is causing this bug.
If anyone wants to take a look at the files and see if they can determine the issue, please do, anyone who is able to correct this should let me know, possibly send me the file if they want and I'll upload it as a replacement, huge kudos to whoever manages to fix this issue as I sadly can't do it myself.

I just noticed the "Blackout Ghoul" glitch myself. I have a lot of mods loading and it took a while to narrow it down. It's definitely this mod. That's a shame too since I thought this was the best mod for the Yangtze Memorial shack. It hasn't been a year yet, since this mod is only 7 1/2 months old. In any case, it hasn't been updated since it was created. It's likely this mod is dead. Too bad.
If you have update 7 installed, this mod may cause the "Blackout Ghoul" glitch. I had to uninstall this because of that. The "Blackout Ghoul" glitch is when you start your game, you will hear a ghoul behind you (only nothing will be there) and you will constantly blackout every two seconds going forward in game time. This will continue forever unless you have Hardcore turned on, then you will soon die from dehydration/hunger. To fix this glitch, whether you had this mod for a while and just got the update or just now install the mod, simply turn this mod off. Given that it has not be updated in a year, I don't think the owner will ever fix it.
I like this mod but I get a funny low-res ghost wall in front of the building every time I enter the area without fast traveling. It's like it's the shack's front tezture from a distance but it remains fuzzy up close, and then must be walked through to get to the door behind it. Do you have any idea why it's doing this?
Can I borrow this to make a version of my Hoverboard that's compatible with it? I'll make it so that the player can move in after having acquired the board.
