A weapon idea that I lack the skill with modding to make myself would be a craftable explosive made from all the dino and rocket toys littering the Mojave. Perhaps a schematic in the possession of somebody with way too many of the things on his hands?
Nude bomb. A grenade that makes everyone within radius nude. Useful because also makes them run and hide as if failed a morale check. A colorful flash and cartoonish zoinks sound would be nice with that.
A camera that takes screenshots without UI when you look through it. Possibly get people to stand together and pose when you activate it.
Liquid nitrogen grenade and land mine.
Blamethrower. Causes target to attack whoever is nearest.
Solar oven.
Poisonous food and beverage. Leave it out and if an npc eats it, they die. Or drug it and watch them do the wasted animation.
Speaking of which- hypno strobe grenade. makes everyone do the wasted animation for a bit.
Just some ideas. Oh and can I have a Battle Jenny?
