-----------------
From Quirc's personal workshop, this mod adds several unique and at times ridiculous devices to the wasteland. All items are balanced, and you'll probably find better alternatives as the game progresses in some cases; all of them have their own special ways of taking care of problems, though.

CHANGELOG
---------

-----------------
v1.21

Inventions:

- Mah Lazor: A "reworked" Gatling Laser, this weapon is heavy, unwieldy, and relies on Max Charge MFCs due to excessive power usage. Captured by the Brotherhood.

-----------------
v1.2

Inventions:

- Dervish: Formerly a grenade machinegun, this unique weapon instead launches unboosted rockets, allowing the gunner to blanket an area with explosions without line of sight. Talked about by prospectors frequenting REPCONN facilities.

- Gunk-O-Matic: Where once there was an Incinerator, there is now a Gunk-O-Matic! This thoroughly disgusting (and dubiously effective) device hurls balls of acidic slime towards your targets. It requires decent skill in Medicine to use properly - rumored to have been taken by "plant-people".

- The Ecologist: Way too paranoid about ammunition usage, but still want that cool gatling gun? Lament no more! While slow to charge, this gatling laser has been adapted to use recharger technology. Stolen from the workshop by a schizophrenic mutant.

-----------------
v1.11

Changes:

- Fixed the Inquisitor being inaccessible for some players due to a collision glitch. The invention is now in another location within the same cell.

- Temporarily removed the Double-Ought, as it was incorrectly placed on the character model. I'm still trying to figure out what's wrong with it, so until I do, "noh haat fah you".

-----------------
v1.1

Inventions:

- Modified 10mm Rounds: 10mm ammunition with a unique payload that delivers a small electro-magnetic charge on impact with robotics and power armor. Ineffective versus biological targets; a limited supply is exclusively sold in Novac.

- Spray n' Pray: A unique marksman carbine, modified to be fully automatic at the expense of muzzle velocity. Under ownership of the Great Khans.

- Double-Ought: A hat to go with The Unprofessional, found nearby the clue for the latter.

- The Inquisitor: A modified super-sledge that can impart some shocking results. Rumored to be somewhere in the Hidden Valley.

- Reconfigured Tesla Cannon: A reworked variant of the Tesla-Beaton Prototype, currently residing at an old nuclear test site.

- Stack 'em n' Rack 'em: Best described as a "missile shotgun", and best used only by the well-trained. Presently under study by the Gun Runners.

-----------------
v1.0

Inventions:

- Flax Offendo per Manus: A poor Latin translation of "Falcon Puncher", this displacer glove has a tendency to live up to the name on killing blows. Sense of humor recommended; can be found in possession of the Legion.

- Newton: A unique recharger pistol modulated to stun biological targets, and has a unique effect on robotics as well. Be careful with this one, as the recoil is quite painful and it takes some time to charge. Look around Helios 1 for it.

- The Patriot: Found in the Remnant Bunker, this grenade launcher has an overzealous and "direct" way of dispatching foes.

- Cardshark: Sold by Mr. Holdout, this unique .22 pistol has better criticals and does more damage, but with less rounds in the clip. Don't count on replacing your normal sidearm, but it's very nifty for dispatching that no-good blackjack dealer...

- The Unprofessional: Found somewhere in The Tops (look for clues in the restaurant if you're stumped), this unique business suit really does make the man.
